Colorado responded with the key 19-2 run over 5 and a half minutes.  The run saw the Buffaloes hit seven of their next 10 field goal attempts including three 3's for a 40-32 lead. Their lead eventually was built to 11 points, at 51-40 with 9:01 left before the Cowgirls mounted their rally.

Wyoming didn't go quietly however, with a 10-0 run of their own.  A Chelan Landry shot in the paint tied the contest up at 57-57 with 57.2 seconds left.  Colorado reclaimed the lead at the 35.6 second mark on a Brittany Wilson two pointer. A pair of Lexy Kresl free throws would seal a 63-59 victory for the 11th ranked Buffaloes.

CU was led by Brittany Wilson with 19 points, Arielle Roberson had 13.  CU shot 10/11 from the free throw line and out-rebounded Wyoming 42-40.
