The 2014 Mountain West Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships are underway in Laramie, Wyoming.

Here's a look at the day one slate at the University of Wyoming's Louis S. Madrid Sports Complex:

12:00 p.m. - Women's Heptathlon

Events for today will include the 100 hurdles, high jump, shot put and 200 meters.

San Diego State senior Allison Reaser is vying for her fourth straight title in women's heptathlon. Senior Jenna Mann and sophomore Sabina Sandberg will represent the Wyoming Cowgirls in the event.

12:30 p.m. - Men's Decathlon

Events that will be contested today include the 100 meters, long jump, shot put, high jump and 400 meters.

Wyoming sophomore Kyle Sullivan holds the top score, with 6,841 points, in the men's decathlon coming into the championships. Freshman Caleb Seeton will also compete for the brown and gold.
