22nd and Reynolds Stoplight-Ask the City

Has there been a traffic study at 22nd and Reynolds? When school is in session, there is a safety issue with children crossing the street before and after school.

Answer:

"The intersection of 22nd and Reynolds has been monitored and studied over a number of years. Previous traffic studies have shown that a traffic signal was not warranted. However, a new traffic study was recently completed and the results indicate that a traffic signal is now warranted. The city will now begin the process to budget for and eventually install a new traffic signal at this intersection. No timeline for the signal has been established yet."
