This past week on "Jeopardy", there was an embarrassing response to a question. Look at this snippet from "Jeopardy" above.

The contestant in question mistook Magic Johnson for a hockey player. "Jeopardy" host Alex Trebek (who's Canadian by the way) reacted like any proud Canadian would.

"Oh no," Trebek said after the contestant named Joe said, "Who is Magic Johnson?" to the answer, "100+ assists in an NHL season has been accomplished only 13 times, 11 times by this player."

After the contestant, Joe flubbed the answer and contestant Diane buzzed in to name the one hockey player everyone should know — "Who is Wayne Gretzky?" — Trebek looked back at Joe and said, "We're talking about hockey, not the NBA."

A "Doh!" moment for sure. You would think most people would know who Wayne Gretzky is. Although I am a hockey fan....I guess I can't fault the guy too much if he never watched a game of hockey in his life.
