According to TMZ, only days after they both performed separate concerts at Cheyenne Frontier Days, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton have officially filed for divorce.

Which explains why Miranda broke down on stage during her CFD performance Saturday night. Just before the encore, Miranda began crying during the second verse of "The House That Built Me". At the time, some people in the crowd speculated that her recent throat problems may have been the reason for her loss of composure.

The song was originally intended for Shelton, until his then girlfriend Lambert heard the song. Released in 2010, it went on to become the first big hit of her career. During her emotional moment at CFD, the sold out crowd took over and sang along for the remainder of the song. After the song, Miranda mouthed the words "thank you" and "I love you" to the crowd.

Several fans also noticed that Lambert was not wearing a wedding ring during the concert. Photos posted by CFDRodeo.com show that Shelton was wearing his wedding ring during his performance on Friday night and appeared to be in good spirits throughout the show.
