BLM RESCHEDULES Rogers Canyon Meeting
As we told you earlier, The Bureau of Land Management Rawlins Field office has launched a 14 day public scoping period prior to preparing an environmental analysis to manage public access in Rogers Canyon. The date, however has been changed.
The BLM has taken this action due to what are described in an official news release as unauthorized off-highway vehicle use, nuisance discharge of firearms and litter causing damage to public lands and resources.
The scoping meeting on the proposed plan has been rescheduled to Thursday, April 26 from 6-8 p.m. at the Albany County Fairgrounds, 3510 S. Third Street, Laramie, Wyo.
Specialists from The Bureau of Land Management will be on hand to answer questions from concerned members of the public.
