Campus Habitat-Ask the City

Question :

Campus Habitat has a huge dump pile (couches, chairs, desks, broken mirrors, etc.) on its property that has started to overflow onto the greenbelt near 17th street. Are there any city ordinances about garbage on private property or garbage overflowing onto public areas like the greenbelt?

Answer:

"Recently, Campus Habitat has removed a 30 yard dumpster full of furniture and trash and is scheduling another dumpster to get rid of the rest. This should be completed soon. Issues like this can be reported to the Code Inspector at 307-721-5285."
