Clad in red t-shirts reading #ITrustParents, supporters of school choice marched from the Cheyenne Depot to the Wyoming State Capitol Thursday.

This is the 4th year the Wyoming Chapter of PublicSchoolOptions.org has hosted the Capitol Day event.

"We have hundreds of families that come together across our state once a year during the legislative session to make our voices known," said President Amy Threewitt. "We advocate for our kids and different choices for parents."

Threewitt believes every education option is important because each child learns differently.

"Education is not one-size-fits-all," said Threewitt. "We need to have different options for kids."
