Catch some Trout at this Year’s Huck Finn Fishing Derby at LaPrelle Park in Laramie

Fishing is a great activity to pass on to your children, teaching you kids to bait a hook and wait patiently or you won’t catch anything is a valuable lesson in life.  It’s a great Father Son, Father Daughter, Mother Son, Mother Daughter activity.  You get the idea! So come take part in this year’s Huck Finn Fishing Derby, July 23rd, 2011  from 11 AM to 2 PM at LaPrelle Park.

This year marks the 41st Annual Huck Finn Fishing Derby and there will be prizes for your kids to receive and fish to catch too! Kids that are 13 years of age and under are welcome to participate.

We will post the rules next week with more information and announce the winners after the event.
