Christine O’Donnell — you may remember her from the disastrous “I’m not a witch, I’m you” senate campaign in 2010 — is making the media rounds to promote her new book, ‘Troublemaker.’ And on Wednesday’s ‘Piers Morgan Tonight,’ she gave the book’s title credence when she abruptly walked out of an interview with the CNN host.

The brouhaha went down after Morgan asked questions about her views on gay marriage — questions O’Donnell clearly did not want to answer. Morgan persisted, saying that since she addresses the issue in her book, she should be willing to reiterate her opinions during an interview.

O’Donnell finally said she was there to talk about her book, not to “endure a rude talk show host,” and then it appears someone stands in front of the camera while she takes off her mic and exits.

For his part, Morgan tweeted, “My first ever walk-out in 25 years of interviews. I guess viewers can decide if I was ‘rude’ or not.”

And this morning, after O’Donnell said he was only “looking for ratings,” he tweeted, “Well…yes…duh.”
