The City of Laramie, working with Laramie GM, Dirt-Tech Excavation and Trucking, Pete Lien & Sons, Inc., and Mountain Cement will host the second annual Touch-A-Truck Event at Laramie's Ice and Events Center on Saturday, June 23 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

According to a City of Laramie press release, the event is "geared around the concept of providing children of all ages an opportunity to experience their favorite trucks and vehicles up close."

During the event, free Touch-A-Truck t-shirts and truck related books. Children attending the event will be given the opportunity to explore the vehicles on display, ask questions about them, and collect Touch-A-Truck trading cards. There will also be food available for purchase at the event.

There is not cost to attend the Touch-A-Truck Event, but donations are encouraged. All proceeds from the donations will benefit the Parks and Recreation Department Scholarship Fund.
