Let your voice be heard! The 2014 CNFR National Anthem Contest is HERE! You could win two tickets to a performance at the College National Finals Rodeo and a one night stay in Casper AND perform our National Anthem at the CNFR!

Entering the contest is very easy. Video record yourself performing our National Anthem. You may use accompanying music or perform a capella. Upload your video to YouTube. Submit the entry form available at the CNFR Facebook page (facebook.com/CollegeRodeoFinals) with a link to your YouTube video. Entries are due by 11:59 pm (MST) on April 14, 2014.

Voting for the 2014 National Anthem Contest will open on April 21 and run through May 18. The public is encouraged to visit the CNFR Facebook page and cast their votes. The winners will be announced on May 19th.

The nation’s best college cowboys and cowgirls from eleven different regions will enter into the College National Finals Rodeo (CNFR) arena June 15 – 21, 2014. The CNFR is the "Rose Bowl" of college rodeo. It is where the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA) crowns individual event champions in saddle bronc riding, bare back riding, bull riding, tie-down roping, steer wrestling, team roping, barrel racing, breakaway roping, and goat tying. National team championships are also awarded to both men's and women's teams.

Contest Instructions

Participants in the CNFR Anthem Contest will video themselves performing the National Anthem and upload their videos to YouTube. The CNFR Committee will select finalists, and each finalist’s video will be posted on the CNFR Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/CollegeRodeoFinals). Visitors to the CNFR Facebook page will vote for their favorite videos, and six winning entrants will be chosen on the basis of vote tallies.
