Experience A Carnival Ride [Video]

Our news director, Tracie Perkins, went to the carnival on the last night of Jubilee Days and rode her favorite Laramie carnival ride, which is called The Octopus. She got video so you can experience it with her.

You can see all the carnival lights and get fleeting glimpses of downtown Laramie, the railroad bridge, other rides, people enjoying the carnival and let's not forget the super moon that night.
