The start of the fall sports season at the high school level is approaching quickly. Laramie High School will hold a registration night on Wednesday.

This is a chance for parents and student-athletes, freshman through senior classes, to turn all the required paperwork, such as physicals and code of conduct, plus pay the participation fee in one night.

Sign-ups will take place from 4-to-6 p.m. in the cafeteria at Laramie High School.

There are also a couple of meetings for parents and students to attend.

At 6 p.m. there is a parent's meeting with the high school administration. That is followed by team meetings for parents and student-athletes with their respective head coach at 6:45 p.m.

This registration night is for the six fall sports of cross country, football, golf, tennis, volleyball and girl's swimming and diving at Laramie High School.

For more information or if you have questions, you are encouraged to contact LHS at 721-4420.

Practice for football starts on Monday, August 10, while the rest of the fall sports will begin practice the following Monday, August 17.
