UPDATE:

The eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 between Laramie and Cheyenne reopened shortly before 10:15 a.m. Friday after they were closed due to a crash just before 9 a.m.

Much of the roadway are slick with snowfall and blowing snow in some areas.

The eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 between Laramie and Cheyenne closed shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday due to winter conditions.

The Wyoming Department of Transportation says US 30 eastbound between Laramie and Cheyenne is also closed.

A winter storm warning is posted for Southeast Wyoming until 6 p.m. Friday. According to the warning, between five and 10 inches of snow accumulation is expected in most areas, with up to 15 inches possible on the I-80 summit.
