Laramie High School Seeks A New Tennis Coach

The head and top assistant coaching positions in the Laramie High School tennis program are now vacant.

Carlos and Jennifer Mellizo have resigned their positions for family reasons.

In a release, LHS Athletic Director Bruce Schmidt said, "LHS has been successful with the Mellizo's leadership in winning the last two state boys titles. The athletic department would like to thank Carlos and Jennifer for their efforts with LHS tennis."

The search for a replacement will begin immediately.

Practice for the 2015 high school tennis season begins August 17. The season's first contest can be as early as August 27.
