The Laramie Legion Baseball program will host their annual Potato Supper fundraiser Wednesday at the Laramie High School Cafeteria.

It starts at 5 p.m. and goes until 7:30 p.m. The cost is five dollars and tickets are available at the door.

You receive a baked potato with any extras you want. Plus, there will be a variety of desserts available.

In addition to the dinner, the legion program is hosting a silent auction with numerous items from tickets to gift cards to gift baskets and more.

The silent auction is payable with cash or check only. You do not need to be present to win an item you bid on, but must provide contact info. The reason is the legion program can hold the item for you, and then should you win the bid, they can contact you.

The Laramie Rangers open the legion baseball season on May 4 in Cheyenne against defending state champion Post 6. Their home opener is May 10 at Cowboy Field also against Post 6.

KOWB will be the home of Laramie Rangers American Legion Baseball in the 2016 season. KOWB will be airing around 15 games in the regular season, plus all post-season action from the state tournament in Jackson in late July. David Settle will return for his 16th season at the 'voice of the Rangers.'
