Laramie Man Arrested on Drug Delivery Charge

Laramie police on Wednesday arrested a man accused of delivering a controlled substance.

Paul S. Harper, 36, is charged with delivering hydrocodone, a painkiller classified as a Schedule II controlled substance, according to a news release from the Laramie Police Department.

The charge is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $10,000.

Lt. Gwen Smith of the Laramie Police Department declined to provide additional details.
