Laramie Mayor Discusses Possible 15th Street Closure [VIDEO]

Laramie Mayor Andi Summerville stopped by for another installment in our 'Monday's With The Mayor' series during our 'Laramie Live on KOWB' morning show.

This is the main part of the conversation with host David Settle. The two discussed the start of talks between the City of Laramie and the University of Wyoming over a directive by the state legislature on a possible closing of 15th Street in Laramie.

The mayor wants to be clear that the street is not closing now or anytime soon. The conversation between the two entities is just starting. Mayor Summerville hopes to have an agreed upon directive well ahead of when UW is supposed to report its findings to the legislature by Nov. 1.
