Laramie Named a Must See Destination in 2019

Expedia has developed a list of the top 19 cities to visit in the United States during 2019, and Laramie has made the top five.

The travel agency ranked Laramie as their number four must-see city for the year, saying the appeal comes from the open space and rich history.

The website encouraged potential tourists to experience Jubilee Days and Laramie Brewfest, suggested food from Altitude Chophouse and Brewery, and recommended Coal Creek Coffee Co. for a quick cup.

Expedia says the list is based on cities celebrating fresh starts and past accomplishments, and that "they embody the assorted cultures and landscapes that define the best of this country."

Laramie was the only location from the Rocky Mountain region to make the list.
