Sexual Assault Suspect Fails to Appear in Court

A 23-year-old man accused of third-degree sexual assault of a minor failed to show up for his arraignment in Albany County District Court on Monday. A bench warrant has been issued for Lee Rollman's arrest.

Prosecutors say that between Oct. 26, 2013 and Dec. 2013, Rollman had sexual relations with a 16-year-old girl about 10 times. According to court documents, the alleged victim would go to Rollman’s home and smoke marijuana, listen to music and have sex.
