A frightening clash between motorcyclists and one vehicle resulted in a horrifying scene in New York City.

The driver of a Range Rover on the city’s West Side Highway somehow got caught in the middle of a pack of motorcycles. After the 33-year-old driver hit one of the bikes, the rest of the riders took off after him on a frenetic chase, all caught on camera.

The person on the motorcycle suffered a broken leg and eventually the riders caught up to the man and beat him in front of his wife and two-year-old daughter.

The riders also smashed in a window and cut the car’s tires.

Authorities say the bikers were taking part in a rally that had not been cleared with officials. One arrest has been made -- a 28-year-old man who's been charged with reckless endangerment, menacing, reckless driving and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17.

More video of the bikers has also emerged to give people an idea of the scene they caused by essentially taking over the streets.
