UPDATE 9 a.m.--Interstates 80 and 25 have now reopened across Wyoming after portions of both were closed due to a winter storm. Travel conditions are still less than ideal, however, and motorists are advised to exercise caution.

UPDATE: 7:45 A.M.--Interstate 80 between Laramie and Rawlins has now reopened. At last report, Interstate 80 between Cheyenne and the Colorado state line was closed, as was westbound Interstate 80 from Cheyenne to Laramie.

Original Story: As of 6:30 a.m. Sunday parts of both Interstates 25 and 80 were closed due to a winter storm which hit the state on Saturday, according to the Wyoming Department of Transportation.

Interstate 25 was closed between Cheyenne and the Colorado state line, with snowfall and slick conditions reported along the rest of I-25 in Wyoming.

Interstate 80 was closed in both directions from Laramie to Rawlins, with the westbound lane closed all the way from the Nebraska state line to Rawlins. You can access the latest Wyoming road and travel report from WYDOT here.
