Country Radio Seminar has handed Rascal Flatts their 2012 humanitarian award for work associated with their outstanding charity work this and every year.

They are in very good company too.  Other recipients in the past include  Brooks & Dunn, Toby Keith,  Tim McGraw and Faith HillBrad PaisleyReba McEntire, Vince Gill and Garth Brooks.

The trio will receive the honor in Nashville on Wednesday, February 22.
They are being recognized for their hard work on behalf of organizations incuding the Monroe Carell, Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt (where they have an entire wing named after them)  the American Red Cross and the suicide prevention organization The Jason Foundation.
It's certainly gratifying when good deeds are recognized and Rascal Flatts is second to no one in their desire to share their success with those less fortunate.  The fact that they work hard day in and day out for their causes, in almost complete anonymity is a testament to their sincerity.
Congratulations to Gary LeVox, Joe Don Rooney and Jay DeMarcus for this prestigious honor.
