The University of Wyoming is excited to announce that Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, We The Kings and Cartel will be performing on campus Friday October 28th! For those concert goers and fans of  faster paced rock, punk and alternative genres this is a concert you will not want to miss! The concert will be held in the UW College of Arts and Sciences auditorium.

The concert will start up at 7:30pm with doors opening at 7pm. Tickets to the concert have already  gone on sale for both UW students as well as the public. Student ticket prices are $15 and for the general public, the cost of a ticket is $20. Tickets are going quick so if you want to rock your face off to some of the best alt rock, screamo and emo-pop around then make sure to snag a ticket or to as soon as possible! Tickets can be purchased at the University of Wyoming Student Union information desk and the Fine Arts box box office.

 

Based out of Middleburg Florida, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus rose to fame with their 2006 release of “Face Down.” In 2006 “Face Down” garnered enough attention to be nominated for a Grammy and was also on the Top 40 list. Since then Red Jumpsuit Apparatus has continued to please listeners with their alt rock, screamo and emo-pop style of music and remains one of the top bands in their respective genres.

 

 

Adding to the night’s excitement is the band We The Kings. We The Kings also hail from Florida their song, “Check Yes Juliet” released in 2007 paved the way to their pop-rock stardom.The two Florida bands will also be joined on the 28th but Cartel.

 

Forming in 2004, Cartel hooked listeners with their aggressive pop, punk, and alternative rock style and rocked the world in 2006 with the release of “Honestly.”
