The search continues this week for a teen missing from the Laramie area.

17-year-old Courtney McAllister is believed to have runaway at approximately 2:00 or 3:00 am on the morning of August 25th.

Laramie Police Commander Mitchell Cushman says that police are currently checking on Courtney's digital social network.  "We've looked, forensically, at the computer she was on and we're discovering different contacts on her friends list," says Cushman.  "We're in the process of contacting those people."

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reports that Courtney McAllister may be with a male companion and could be traveling to the Colorado or Texas areas.

Courtney is described as being caucasian, 5’4′, 150 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information as to Courtney’s whereabouts is asked to call the Laramie Police Department at 1-307-721-2526 or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.
