As conference realignment continues across college athletics, sources have told ESPN the Boise State, San Diego State and BYU had been talking with the Mountain West about possibly returning to the conference.

BYU is now independent in football while Boise State and San Diego State are slated to join the Big East in football next season. However, the Mountain West is now part of the "group of five" conferences that will send their highest rated team to a BCS bowl, making these schools reconsider their decision to ditch the conference.

At this point, it looks like all three schools are simply having conversation with the Mountain West and nothing looks like it's anything close to an official move. But the question for the Mountain West, is if they should welcome these schools back to the conference, shortly after they abandoned it. What do you think the Mountain West should do?
