If you're looking for a way to stick to your New Year's Resolution to learn to knit, crochet, or anything to do with fiber, Cowgirl Yarn has the tools for you to get started, but more than that- they've partnered with Coal Creek Tap to give potential knitters the perfect place to do it.

Every first Tuesday of the month, you can head to Coal Creek Tap and enjoy a beer while you knit, crochet, or work on the Sample-It Event piece you're working on for Cowgirl Yarn. The event promises to be a place where knitters can sit together while they work on their projects, socialize, and enjoy their time in the microbrewery.

Who ever said that knitting has to be a creative outlet for old ladies? Anyone can knit, and in such a warm environment, who's to say it won't be your new favorite hobby? The knitting... not the beer drinking. We know the latter is already a good hobby.

Check out Knit Nights at Coal Creek Tap, every first Tuesday of the month at the downtown brewery from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. And while you're at it, check out Cowgirl Yarn's Sample-It event to get you started!
