6500 FEET. 5 TO 10 INCHES OF SNOW ARE EXPECTED THROUGH MONDAY
EVENING OVER THE SNOWY AND SIERRA MADRE RANGES...WHERE A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT. THE LOWER ELEVATIONS OF EAST
CENTRAL AND SOUTH CENTRAL WYOMING CAN EXPECT 1 TO 2 INCHES BY LATE
MONDAY AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL INCREASE FROM THE NORTHWEST ON
MONDAY...WITH GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH EXPECTED EAST OF THE LARAMIE
RANGE.
