Storm Sewer Repair-Ask the City

Question:

What happened at the intersection of 30th and Harney? That sewer work was completed a year ago and has failed, or some part of it, anyway. Did the city not have any inspection during the installation and backfill?

Answer:

"The storm sewer that crosses Grays Gable was damaged and allowed storm runoff to exit from the pipe below the surface of the road. This caused the failure. Simon Contractors and their subcontractor Six Point Solutions have fixed the issue. The repair is being completed under the project warranty period."
