Trace Adkins will take a different approach to his usual headlining arena shows this spring. The iconic country star plans to strip down his set and play in more intimate theater settings on his just-announced Songs and Stories Tour.

Country music’s modern day outlaw, Eric Church, will be burning up the road once again in 2012 on his newly announced Blood, Sweat and Beers Tour. The trek will launch on Jan. 19 in Fort Smith, Ark. and will run through May, covering over 50 dates along the way.

George Jones may be getting up there in age (he turned 80 in September), but he isn’t done hitting the road yet! The ‘Why Baby Why’ hitmaker just announced plans to tour North America through November 2012, touching some 35 cities over the next year.

Good news for Lonestar fans. Next year, the band’s original lead singer, Richie McDonald, will return to the group — best know for hits ‘Amazed’  and ‘I’m Already There’ — to mark 20 years of making music together.
