"When you put stuff out on the internet, you have no control over who it goes to, you have no control over who sees it, and it will never go away," said Donnell.

Wamberg will stand trial beginning at 9 a.m. May 19 in Albany County District Court. The trial is scheduled to last two days.

“This case has never been about what the appropriate sentence is,” Fleener said. “It really is about whether the path from point A to point B is the correct path.”
