It's Summer and many folks will be headed into the back country to spend some time with nature.  But are you as prepared to be in the woods as you should be?

Getting ready for a trip into the back country is exciting, but if you haven't taken your tent out in quite sometime, you might want to set it up and make sure it's in camping shape.

If a tent isn't stored properly, or dried out from a previous trip - your tent might become a home for mold and mildew.  A quick dip in a bathtub mixture of water with either some soap or mild mildew remover should do the trick.  Then be sure to dry your tent in the sun before storing it again or taking your camping trip.

Here are a few more tent camping tips that you might or might not know that will help you have a happy next camping trip.
