'The Walking Dead' season 4 will shamble out its premiere, "30 Days Without an Accident," this coming Sunday, but why wait until then, or even this weekend's Comic-Con panel, for a sneak peek at the new season? The first clip from the premiere has emerged, and a very different Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) has made a surprising discovery out among the prison grounds ...

Short of overalls and a pitchfork, it seems as if Rick has taken to the prison farming lifestyle, waking up before everyone else to till the fields of the prison courtyards, even as walkers nearby come close to overpowering the ambient fences. Alone with his music, Rick makes a surprising discovery within the dirt, but what about the object makes him nervous for the walkers shambling nearby?

While we await the latest details from ‘The Walking Dead’ season 4, the next run of the AMC horror-drama will introduce ‘The Wire’ star Lawrence Gilliard, Jr. as comic character Bob Stookey, ‘Twilight‘ vet Christian Serratos as Rosita Espinosa, Alanna Masterson as a new mystery character, and upgrade actors Chad Coleman, Sonequa Martin-Green and Emily Kinney to series regulars. The returning David Morrissey's villainous Governor has been upgraded to series regular, though beyond this season his involvement seems unlikely.

We've also included several new AMC videos previewing both where we left off, and a set visit with Norman Reedus, so check out the latest from 'The Walking Dead' season 4 premiere above, and give us your predictions for Sunday's premiere, "30 Days Without An Accident"!
