The University of Wyoming's Office of Academic Affairs has reached out to three candidates to interview for the position of Dean of the Outreach School.

Current Dean, Maggi Murdock, will leave the position at the start of the  2013 fall semester, when she obtains full-time duties as a professor of political science.

The three following candidates were selected from a group of applicants which were reviewed by a group led by Dean of Education Kay Persichitte: Anne Alexander, director of UW International Programs; Brent Pickett, professor of political science and associate dean of the UW Outreach School; and Susan Frye, UW professor of English.

Each candidate will go through a series of interviews which include public forums in the Berry Center Auditorium:

Brent Pickett:

Tuesday, April 30 -- 10-11:30 a.m., Outreach School employees, Wyo Hall Rooms 304, 312 and Education Room 1; and by video at Outreach School sites.

3-4 p.m., public forum, Berry Center auditorium.

Susan Frye:

Wednesday, May 1 -- 10-11:30 a.m., Outreach School employees, Wyo Hall Rooms 304, 312 and Education Room 1; and by video at Outreach School sites.

1:30-2:30 p.m., public forum, Berry Center auditorium.

Anne Alexander:

Thursday, May 2 -- 10-11:30 a.m., Outreach School employees, Wyo Hall Rooms 304, 312 and Education Room 1; and by video at Outreach School sites.

2:40-3:40 p.m., public forum, Berry Center auditorium.
