Golfer Eric Parish has been selected as a Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-American Scholar athlete.

The University of Wyoming junior is also a Laramie native.  Parish becomes the 10th Cowboy to earn the honor.  In 2010 Gabe Maier, Zach Zaremba, and Phil Henzlik were each recognized with the distinction.

Eric holds a 75.87 stroke average and is fifth on the team  He has a cumulative 3.75 GPA in Mechanical Engineering.

Wyoming coach Joe Jensen said "This award is perfect for Eric because I know how important both academics and athletics are to him.  He earned his way onto this team and has become a great contributor.  He has earned all the praise that goes with this award."
