UW Hosts Picnic In The Pasture

The inaugural Picnic in the Pasture is set for Friday, July 26th at the University of Wyoming.

Around 400 people from 18 states are expected to visit the event at Prexy’s Pasture as a welcoming for prospective students and their families.

Vice President for Student Affairs Sara Axelson said “It’s an ideal time to showcase the campus on a beautiful July Day.”

UW President Bob Sternberg will mingle during a barbeque, and the Doug Balmain Band will perform.  A campus tour follows lunch.
