Has Optimum Improved Bresnan?

Two years ago Cablevision Systems acquired Bresnan Communications in a $1.4 billion deal. Then about a year ago, the 300,00 Bresnan customers in Wyoming, Colorado, Mondata and Utah got the message that “Bresnan Communications is now Optimum.”
The online welcome page reads, “Now, everyone can enjoy better TV, faster internet and the best phone service you’ll find anywhere.” Through ad campaigns Optimum claims to offer more HD channels than its competitors as well as faster data tiers for its customers.
Now that most Laramie customers have had some time to feel out their Optimum cable services, we’re wondering if you are enjoying the changes or if you wish it would have just stayed the same. Let us know by answering the survey below.
