Willie Nelson – Joins Sheryl Crow to Honor Johnny Cash

The tribute to the late Johnny Cash, We Walk the Line:  A Celebration of the Music of Johnny Cash, just got some more star power. Our friends at The Boot are reporting that Willie Nelson and Sheryl Crow will definitely be joining the lineup.  The tribute is set for April 20th in Austin.

Willie and Sheryl will join a long list of talent fot he show, including Kenny Chesney, Kris Kristofferson, Lucinda Williams, Shooter Jennings, Ray LaMontagne, Jamey Johnson, Chris Cornell, John Hiatt, Ronnie Dunn, Carolina Chocolate Drops and Amy Lee.

The concert, in addition to honoring the country legend, will be donating part of the ticket proceeds to  Charley's Fund, which helps in the fight against the fatal children's disease, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

It should be one heck of a jam. With all that talent, the biggest chore will be deciding what to keep in, what to keep out.  We'll be following up on the concert in April.
