Wyoming Coach Craig Bohl Tabbed as a “Coach on the Rise”

Wyoming head football coach Craig Bohl has been named one of Athlon Sports’ Top 15 “Coaches on the Rise.”

Athlon released its rankings of all Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) head coaches in the country Monday.

Bohl is ranked 49th out of 128 NCAA FBS coaches. He is second among coaches in the Mountain West.

Part of the comments from Athlon’s Top 15 story is a statement regarding Bohl which read, “There’s a strong track record of success, and Wyoming hit a home run when it lured Bohl away from North Dakota State.”

The Cowboys went 4-8 during Bohl’s first season in 2014.

Only Utah State’s Matt Wells is ranked ahead of Coach Bohl. Wells is at 44.
