"Safety Standards, 1960s," says the post on a popular media site. The photo, pictured below, is of a mother and daughter on the Snow King Chair Lift in Jackson Hole, WY back in 1965. And the internet is completely freaked out by it.

The biggest issue is the lack of safety bars over the front, and many internet commenters detailed how the photo made them feel sick, anxious, or worried. It also might have to do with the perspective of the photo, which shows the entire town of Jackson in the background and might be a forced perspective that makes the lift look much higher than it actually is.

The Snow King Chairlift offers scenic views of the Teton mountains and now appears to feature a safety bar across the front. Feel better, internet?
