3rd Street Access-Ask the City

Question:

As a driver leaves Walmart, there is a center lane for left-turning traffic to enter Grand Avenue and gradually merge into the westbound lanes. Would you work with the state to do the same thing at the Safeway parking lot exit? It would alleviate a lot of the back-ups and traffic jams there!

Answer:

"The city is actively involved in discussions with WYDOT concerning access issues along 3rd Street, which have surfaced since the removal of the Clark Street overpass and traffic signal. At this time, a final solution has not been developed."

Ask the City Of Laramie is your chance to send the city that burning question that you have always wondered about such as: “Where can I get a city parking permit?” or “Why did my water usage rates go through the roof?”
