The BLM has taken this action due to what are described in an official news release as unauthorized off-highway vehicle use, nuisance discharge of firearms and litter causing damage to public lands and resources.

The scoping meeting on the proposed plan has been rescheduled to Thursday, April 26 from 6-8 p.m. at the Albany County Fairgrounds, 3510 S. Third Street, Laramie, Wyo.

Specialists  from The Bureau of Land Management will be on hand to answer questions from concerned members of the public.

Please refer back to our original story for ways to express your opinions prior to the meeting
