Breathtaking Grand Canyon View of Yellowstone [VIDEO]
If you have never witnessed the view from Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone firsthand, you have no idea what you're missing out on on.
It is truly breathtaking to behold, especially so in the winter (in my opinion) with all the snow-covered valleys and mountain tops.
The official Yellowstone National Park website states:
Twenty miles long, the canyon is up to 4,000-feet wide and 1,200-feet deep in places. From several vantage points, you can view Lower Falls plunging steeply into the canyon 308 feet, or the Upper Falls tumbling 109 feet.
Charles Cook is credited with discovering the canyon in 1869.
