Gridiron Gold Has Near Perfect Cards In Week 12

Eight entries were in the running for a perfect, $5000 card, but no one was able to get the exact score correct in Gridiron Gold.

With no big upsets in pro football, the week 12 entries were very good across the board. In the end, eight persons had a shot at $5000 going into last night's Monday night game.

It came down to a pair of tie-breakers. Who chose the correct winner of the game and if they had the exact score?

Four of the eight entries correctly chose Baltimore, which then meant it came down to the score they picked. While coming close, no one had the perfect card for the big prize.

The week 12 winner of the first place, $50 prize is Jerry Coca of Laramie. He had one of the cards with no misses and came closest. Jerry was only ten points away from the perfect card.

Second place was only 14 points away from a perfect card. That entry belongs to Anamaria Sandoval of Laramie. She wins the second place, $25 prize.

Gridiron Gold is the weekly pro football pick 'em contest that gives you a chance to win $5000 each week. It is in its' 29th year. There are only five week's left in this year's contest.

KOWB and Modern Printing present Gridiron Gold. Each week, you have a shot to win $5000 with a perfect card. The best card each week wins $50, while second place receives $25.

Pick the pro games on the card each week, fill out all the required information and turn in your card by noon on Saturday's to the Gridiron Gold drop box located at McDonald's at the corner of 30th Street and Grand Avenue. You can find complete contest rules on the back of the card each week.
