Carrie Underwood is not only one of country music's most coveted artists, she is also a new-age Martha Stewart.

Underwood took to her over 13 million Instagram followers to show off her latest obsession: Growing the green stuff.

Parsley, basil, chives, thyme and sage, to be exact.

The "Southbound" singer has made her outdoor prowess obvious, owning farm animals and growing fruits and vegetables, but now she is showing off another side of her talents.

"Just give me a garden, a dehydrator and a label maker," she captions her photo.

The Grammy Award-winning singer makes dehydrating her own spices look easy!

But it's not: You have to grow said vegetables, then harvest them, then cut them into very small, fine pieces, then dry them, then put them into containers and label them. That's not something your average 9-5 working adult can just pop off on a weekday.

Thankfully, Underwood is on a break from her Las Vegas residency, which kicks back up on Oct. 16, and it's not quite time to start her role as a judge on American Idol, so she has some downtime to make all the good stuff for her kitchen and family.

What can't she do? Oh yeah, she's also a fisherman:

The "Smoke Break" singer recently took a trip to Montana to go fly fishing, and she showed off her catch on social media.

One fan commented on her catch photo saying what we're all thinking: "Not Carrie posing like every guy in their dating profiles!"

One thing is for sure: Underwood's husband, Mike Fisher and her sons, Isaiah and Jacob, are well taken care of when it comes to home-baked, home-grown, home-canned goods.

Carrie Underwood and her husband, Mike Fisher, owned a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2-half-bathroom home in an affluent Nashville suburb called Brentwood. The 7,000-square-foot mansion features a wet bar, fitness center and tennis court, as well as a four-car garage, walk-out basement with heated marble floors and extra appliances, including a sub-zero fridge and wine fridge. That house is where Underwood suffered a devastating fall in 2017.

The couple sold the luxurious home for $1,410,000 in March of 2019, after they moved into the massive dream home that they had spent several years building from scratch.
