Laramie Man Sentenced to 3 Years in Federal Prison for Child Porn
A 35-year-old Laramie man who was caught with child pornography has been sentenced to federal prison, the United States Attorney's Office announced Monday.
Chief U.S. District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl on Nov. 30 sentenced Daniel Gumm to three years in prison for possession of child pornography.

According to court documents, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received information on Dec. 27, 2022, that a Kik Messenger user was in possession of suspected child pornography.
A special agent on the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation's Internet Crimes Against Children Team traced the email and Verizon IP addresses to Gumm and subsequently found child pornography on his devices.
