Campbell County made it 4 for 4 in the 4A football season with a solid 24-0 win over Natrona in Casper on Friday night. The Camels have turned their fortunes around after posting just one winning season in the last 7 years.

The Camels kicked a field goal and that's all the points they would need as Natrona was their own worst enemy in the game with a couple of interceptions and also failing to convert on 4th down offensively in key situations.

Campbell County got serious in the 2nd quarter as quarterback Mason Drube found Adam Gibson for 51 yards and a touchdown to give the Camels a 10-0 lead. That was followed by Drube throwing another TD pass, this time to Garrett Herther which went for 24 yards and it was a 17-0 game at halftime.

Drube threw his 3rd touchdown pass of the game in the 4th quarter with Brady Hipsag as the recipient and the Camel defense did the rest. Campbell County takes their unblemished record to Laramie this week and Natrona at 2-2 will be on the road at Cheyenne East.
