Cody has been a juggernaut in 3A football so far this season and rang up over 500 yards of offense in their 50-3 win over Evanston on Friday in the Bronc's homecoming game. Cody scored early and often in the contest starting with a 4-yard run for a touchdown to give the Broncs the lead for good at 7-0

Later in the first quarter, Maddax Ball threw a 23-yard TD pass to Chase Hatch to double the lead to 14. In the second quarter, Ball turned in a 3-yard run for a score to give Cody a 20-0 lead. Ball wasn't done yet, as he tossed a 50-yard TD pass to Grady McCarten, which was followed by Petersen's second rushing touchdown of the game. Hatch added a touchdown run for the doorstep as the Broncs led this game 41-0 at halftime.

The Broncs are 5-0 and their lowest point total this season is 47, which was in their season-opening win over Riverton. Cody has a gigantic game this week in the 3A West as they travel to Afton to meet 6-0 Star Valley. Evanston is 2-4 on the season and will have a road game on Friday vs. Jackson.

We have some great pictures of the game from Dave Treick, which can be found in our gallery below. Enjoy!
