HEAR: Interview With Wyoming’s Crime & Mystery Podcaster
Mysteries of missing or murdered people go unsolved every year, all over the nation. In today's podcast world, anyone can participate in solving mysteries like these.
The Unsolved Wyoming Podcast bills itself as "Cold Cases & Haunted Places." It covers unsolved cases and tells the stories of haunted places in Wyoming. There is a website link to her show, but also a Facebook page at this link.
On this show, you'll hear families sharing their insights about their loved ones, along with what they know about the moment in time that changed everything about their lives.
The show also looks at unexplainable mysteries across the Cowboy State. The podcast is posted every other week.
Wyoming's radio talk show host and podcaster Glenn Woods had Mystery Host Renee Nelson on his program to talk about what inspired her show and what some of her best mysteries to date were. You can listen to that podcast in the audio file below.

Unsolved Wyoming: Cold Cases & Haunted Places is a true-crime and storytelling podcast hosted by Renee Nelson, an English instructor at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Renee works to highlight victim stories with empathy. She is not interested in what she calls "trauma tourism".
You can stream episodes directly on the Unsolved Wyoming Website, Spotify, or Apple Podcasts.
Her Facebook page also features some faces of Wyoming's most wanted to help spread the word about some of the most wanted and most dangerous people that we all need to be looking for and watching out for.
Below is another clip of her podcast.
Watch for posts on cases that have been solved, which give us all a bit of closure. That's good for the mental health of the community.
If you know of a case that you would like featured, you can contact her, and she will look into it. There is also a community resources page on her website if you have any information on a mystery.
